$500 deposit is required to hold your kitten. The balance is due on agreed adoption day.
The security deposit is non-refundable unless we cancel or refuse the sale.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale.
The security deposit is the only way to secure your kitten.
We do not hold kittens on verbal promises.
By purchasing a kitten, the buyer understands that no refunds will be given if you change your mind. A partial refund, at our discretion, may be given only after the kitten is sold to a new adoptee.
After full purchase, if you change your mind, security deposits are NOT refundable under any circumstances as it goes towards lost sale, time, and advertising costs.
No discount coupons/vouchers will be accepted on kittens priced at $2500 or less as they are already greatly reduced.
Deposits and purchases may be made using e-transfer or cash.
Purchasing privileges are not granted to just anyone with the means to do so. An extensive application is required for your home to be considered.
E-mails with little information or inquiries about pricing will not be responded to. We consider these our fur-babies. We put a lot of time and effort into them and love them dearly so be prepared to convince us of why you are the best home for them. Prices are listed on the website and on advertisements so anyone that asks about pricing
clearly has not put in the effort.
Should we decide at any time to cancel a sale, 100% of all monies will be refunded to the buyer within 30 days of the cancellation.
Kittens must be a minimum of 10 weeks old to leave for their adoptive home. NO EXCEPTIONS! This is to ensure a strong kitten foundation and smooth transition to their fur-ever homes.
Arrangements for pickup can be made here at our Cattery in Abbotsford.
Please do not bash us on our prices. We give all of our cats and kittens the very best in life. We have sleepless nights, vet trips, heart breaks, and the list goes on. Our babies are worth every penny. Yes, you can find less expensive kittens. There are plenty out there, but we stand behind our kittens, and you have our lifetime support.
Beware of scammers. There are plenty of those, too! We do advertise on Kijiji, but we've been flagged by the scammers to have our ads taken down so they can make their bogus sales.
PLEASE BEWARE!
I love my little kitty; she makes my house a home.
She is my very sweetest little friend; I never feel alone.
She makes me smile; She makes me laugh; She fills my heart with love . . . Did some person breed her, or did she fall from above?
I've never been a breeder, never seen life through their eyes;
I hold my little kitty and just sit and criticize.
I've never known their anguish; I've never felt their pain,
the caring of their charges, through snow or wind or rain.
I've never waited the whole night through for babies to be born,
The stress and trepidation when they're still not there by morn.
The weight of responsibility for this body in my hands,
This darling little baby, who weighs but 60 grams.
Should you do that instead of this . . . or maybe that was wrong?
Alone you fight and hope, one day, he'll grow up proud and strong.
You pray he'll live to bring great joy to someone else,
You know it's all just up to you; you'll fight this fight alone.
Formula, bottles, heating pads, you've got to get this right,
two-hour feedings for this tiny guy, throughout the day and night.
Within your heart you dread that you will surely lose this fight,
To save this little baby, but God willing... you just MIGHT.
Day one; he's in there fighting; you say a silent prayer.
Day two & three, he's doing well, with lots of love and care.
Day four & five . . . he's still alive; your hopes soar to the heavens.
Day six he slips away again, dies in your hands, day seven.
You take this little angel, and bury him alone.
With aching heart and burning tears, and an exhausted groan,
You ask yourself, "Why do this? . . . Why suffer through this pain?"
Yet watch the joy your kittens bring, and everything's explained.
So, when you think of breeders and label them with "Greed,"
Think of all that they endure to fill another's need.
For when you buy your kitten, with your precious dollars part,
You only pay with money . . . while they pay with all their heart.
